One of our favourite villas in Playa Blanca Lanzarote with private pool, villa Princesa is a large modern stylish 6 bedroom villa with air-conditioning which can comfortably accommodate 15 guests.
This holiday rental villa in Playa Blanca to rent boasts a modern open plan and fully equipped kitchen which leads to the dining room that opens onto the terrace. This impressive indoor entertaining space leads out to the outdoor space for dining and of course poolside relaxing.
Of the six modern bedrooms, two are family bedrooms, three of the double bedrooms are ensuite, the villa also has a family bathroom and a guest bathroom. Up to 15 people can enjoy their holiday to Playa Blanca while staying at Holiday Villa Princesa.
Guests enjoy high-speed Wifi, Netflix TV, dishwasher, washing machine, an ironing board and iron, games and books.
An attractive feature of the owners direct Playa Blanca villa is the luxurious heated pool with a size of 32m² and a depth range of 1m to 1.6m this is complimented by a large six person hot tub with a small additional charge, complete with sun loungers to enjoy Playa Blanca’s warm all-year-round sunshine. The outdoor lounging area is complete with a traditional Canarian stone BBQ, to enjoy those sunshine-soaked evenings with a cool drink.
Beautiful Playa Flamingo beach and all its restaurants and bars are just a short walk away, from there it is just a 10-minute walk until you reach the town centre of Playa Blanca where you will find lots of nice bars and the best restaurants along the promenade.
There are two water parks within 5 minutes of the villa, one of them is the AquaLava Waterpark which offers great fun for the whole family.
Across the road from the villa there is a bar and restaurant, a taxi rank and supermarket.

Perfect Villa for Couples!
Best Trip Ever! My wife and I travelled from India to host some of our EU friends, so renting this villa in Lanzarote was the perfect option. It was very spacious so we could have our privacy at the same time host our friends for some sun and fun activities. It was a long flight for us, but right from the airport pickup to the welcome drink, the amenities in the kitchen and supplies in the bathroom, blankets etc everything was perfectly laid out and we didn't have to worry about our friends coming over. We were in the pool lounge pretty much the whole day and drink some drinks thanks to the outside bar. The owner was easy to contact and was very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Amazing experience in Lanzarote! We have been collecting from the airport that it’s about 30 minutes. The location is great, only 10 minutes from the beach, you can see the sea from the terrace. I really enjoyed the pool, the sunbeds were really comfy and perfect to have a little rest during the day. I found this place so neat and tidy, it seems also to be recently renovated. This villa has literally everything: tv, pool table and a barbeque. Speed WiFi. Really recommend.

Wonderful Villa we were so impressed, the Villa is new. The communication was great and the local guides and bottle of wine were a nice touch on arrival. The Villa itself is big and nicely decorated, the highlight for us was the dining and outdoor lounge it was just fab Highly recommended

Stunning villa, ideal for couples and friends we will definitely be back
My partner and I stayed at Villa Vista Rey with our friends (two other couples) and loved every minute of it! It was later in the evening when we arrived and were delighted to see wine and fizzy drinks left as a welcome gift so we sat outside on the lovely garden furniture before moving downstairs for a few games of pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, detergent, soap and tablets for the dishwasher, it has literally everything! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The villa is walking distance from some great restaurants and bars and even has a heated pool which was a nice bonus

Amazing Large Villa
The villa brand new and really nicely done out. We loved the view and its a good location, Spencer the manager showed us around on arrival which was nice. The outdoor space is fab, the pool water was very warm which is important in January We did a lot of cooking I found the kitchen the best kitted out we stayed in terms of the basics like sharp knives and utensils
