The Apartment is only about 15-20 minutes walk from the Playa Blanca (PB) bus station, town centre, restaurants, bars and beaches of Playa Blanca, or Playa Flamingo.

The open plan lounge with dining and kitchen area has large LED Smart TV with streamed TV
The property is presented fully cleaned for each guest with bed linen and towels changed at the end of every week for guests staying 10 days or more.
The external sun terrace has a BBQ with table and two chairs for outside dining and 2 sun loungers complete with beach towels for additional comfort.
The wonderful Casa Virginia is located just a stones throw from the Dino Water park is just 3 minutes walk. Within 300m is a super market bar and restaurant.
Beautiful Playa Flamingo beach and all its restaurants and bars are just a short walk away, from there it is just a 10-minute walk until you reach the town centre of Playa Blanca where you will find lots of nice bars and the best restaurants along the promenade.
AquaLava Waterpark the bigger waterpark which offers great fun for the whole family is also very close the apartment
Across the road from the apartment there is a bar and restaurant, a taxi rank and supermarket.
